Was in Lowes today getting what I needed to build a counterweight system for
my scope and saw that they have Task Force Aluminum tool cases on sale for
$12.83.... This is a 460x325x150 mm case with grid pinched foam (can be
easily cut) inserts. This is a quality looking case for all those sensitive
scope goodies that need a safe home for transport or storage. I don't know
if every store has them on sale but I would assume that all Lowes do the
same thing nation wide. They usually sell for $24 and change so in essence,
you are getting two for the price of one.

I was also able to get all the materials needed to build an adjustable
counterweight system for $12 that will not interfere with my 10" slide on
heated dew shield. All materials are polished aluminum and brass which will
look quite nice on the scope.
