While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Hello everybody!

Has anyone ever tried the "Autoguide" command on the 416XT Control Box ???

I'm repeating the question because I got no answer last time.

Problem description:
I make the MOTION CALIBRATION without any problems. Then I run the AUTOGUIDE
command. The pictor starts to guide making the corrections in the right
direction. The problem is that it activates the motors for TOO LONG (about 1
second), putting the star for example too far NORTH after the first
correction, too far SOUTH after the second correction, again too far NORTH
after the third correction and continues this dance until I stop it. I tried
all the firmwares (from 2.00 to 3.11) getting the same results all the time.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

Bostjan
