Chris--

Meade is well aware of its quality control problems--they even placed an
"ad" here on MAPUG or perhaps some other net astronomy group some time ago
looking for qualified quality control experienced applicants. I don't think
continually reminding them on MAPUG is going to help the hiring process much
since I assume their Service Department keeps track of complaints. IMHO, if
we get too strident, we will simply be ignored.
