The simplest settup is a cable release for your camera, an off axis guider,
an illuminated reticle 12mm guiding eyepiece, a T adaptor + some camera
adaptors to put it all together plus a roll of film. I would use a 12 or 24
max colour print as you'll be lucky to shoot more than 6 films in one
session. Buy 400ASA upward and off you go. Colour prints can be done in a
1hr photolab which means you can correct your mistakes the next day. Leave
the NGF out of the equation for now just focus using the scope focus.

You'll soon see wether this is something you like doing and you will get
some results for little cost. Get the offaxis guider off Astromart it's
cheaper and they don't wear out.

Later you can upgrade to fancier gear.

Choose big, bright objects that you can see in your eyepiece to start.

Have fun.
Tom.
