Has anyone experienced the following problem? I checked the MAPUG Archives=20
but could not find anything similar listed there.

"One of the legs on my =E2=80=9C10=E2=80=9D LX 200 Field Tripod=E2=80=9D is=20=
not quite lined-up with
one of the extension struts that extends from the tension hub.=C2=A0=C2=A0 I=
t appears
that a 1/8" to 1/4" turn of the leg would correct the problem.=C2=A0 Because=
of
this misalignment, one of the tripod extension struts catches and I have to
be very careful so that I do not damage the slot where the extension strut
attached to the lock nut sleeve housing."

Is there a way that this defect can be corrected by the user, to avoid havin=
g=20
to ship it back to Meade? Please advise.

Pat Lanclos
