Well, I hacked one together from a phone cable and a Mac
serial/printer cable, a soldering iron, heat-shrink tubing using the
description at:

http://www2.crl.go.jp/ka/tnp/meade/cable.html

However, I haven't tried it yet since my shiny new LX200 is dead
awaiting a replacement power brick.
