For photography IMO it is noticeably better. You can also throw quite a
bit more weight on it than the LX200. On average you'll get PE in the
high teens without PEC, close to 10" with PEC.

The encoders are extra but everything else is included. You'll want to
get an isolation relay box if you are powering both your camera and the
mount from the same 12VDC source.
