TheSky will scroll by using the arrow keys on your keyboard. There is also
a toolbar with directional buttons on it. Customized horizon=true, - you
can even use the scope to point at trees, buildings, etc. to 'draw' the
horizon for you.

Per Software Bisque's web page:
"...in the upcoming version 5.0 of TheSky for Windows 95/NT. Release
is expected in May-June of 1998...."
If you're close to making a purchase, you might want to give them a call
regarding cost of getting ver.5 so soon after your first purchase.
