Jordan,

The Pictors have a mode called Shift & Combine that is supposed to do
what you're looking for. I don't have a 216, but according to the
catalog description specifying multiple exposures and checking the S&C
box in exposure settings will cause the 216 to alternate between
imaging/guiding activities and stack the results.

As I recall S&C is supposed to be fully functional in the next
Pictorview release (6.41) which is due out Real Soon Now.
