To be more exact in my reply, this is what I did to determine the FOV:

To do: Document the FOV for the finder scope. Approx. FOV is OK, as it is
just desired to confirm the Epoch 2000 skymap telescope setting. Expect
about 5 deg.

Observing Notes: Selected a star at RA 13h 24m 25s, Decl = -11deg 14 m 17
sec. ( Spica ). Timed drift for 1/2 of FOV at 11 Minutes by using East
button on Guide setting. Declination correction is 0.98. 11Min* 0.98 * 15
= 161 Minutes = 2.7 deg. Therefore total width of FOV is about 5.4 degrees.

OK, now I feel better about my answer. The engineer in me just would not
let me get by with be first short answer!

I did a star drift test to get the actual FOV. I came up with 5.4 degrees.
