While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

David

You take a look at some of my pictures. Taken with a CP880 (same 'guts' as
the CP99), and an ETX90 and LX200. Notes as to eyepeices used are on the
page - all Meade 4000 series.

Hi,

I have an LX200 12" and would like to attach a Nikon Coolpix 990 digital
camera to take planetary, lunar and solar (after I get an appropriate
filter) photographs. I am interested to find out from anyone else who has
done this sort of thing, which focal length Meade series 4000 eyepieces work
the best. The eyepieces I have are the ones that Meade supplied with their
current free eyepiece offer. Does anyone have examples of this kind of
photography on their web site that I could look at? It would give me a good
idea of what can be achieved.

Thanks in advance,

David Samuel
