While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

Hi list,

during this nice weather period over here in Germany I was able to continue with
my "beginners" prime focus shots. This time I reshot M57, and had my first light
on M27. The shots were taken through my LX 200 10" scope, a Nikon F3HP camera
with DW 4 finder and Kodak Royal 1000 color negative film (very sensitive, but
grainy....) As I only have the standard wedge from Meade (witch should be used
up to 8" scopes only) the alignement was poor witch was one factor, secondly had
to touch the camera to finish my M27 shot as the shutter did not close, this
resulted in deformed star images. NTL I am happy to have some more results I can
present to the list.

You can find the pics under:

and

Would appreciate if you'd take a look and revert me your coments.

Thanks for looking and Clear Skies,

Aike
