Are you planning to leave the computer turned on or shut off? If shut off, I'd say you should have no problems, since the computer's components (CPU, hard drive, etc.) get mighty warm in normal operation.
OTOH, I wouldn't leave the computer turned on inside a hot observatory; that might push the internal temperatures too high.
