While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?


I have been keeping the group informed of the problems I've been having with my
10" LX200 (5 months old) because others have reported somewhat similar probems.
RA Runaway and a keypad that wouldn't boot required a swap of the RA and dec
drives and the motherboard. Now, no more runaway but still no boot.

After talking with Meade, they're stumped, so it's back to California for the
scope. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll get it back by Xmas.
