While you're here, how about checking out the Astronomy Book List ?

I would like to connect my G4 powerbook to my lx200.

I have a Mac serial cable for the lx. My question is, how can I
connect the serial cable to the computer? As I understand my options
a Keyspan serial adapter will do this, however, these adapters are
expensive. I also have a Keyspan DB9 serial port for use with my
PalmV. Does anyone know of anyway that this can be used to make the
connection or will I have to buy the serial adapter?

Thanks for any help.
