I don=B4t have others to compare in daily basis. But I=B4ve bought 12mm =
at
OPT and tested all others there. Celestron=B4s model is not very bright. =
I
can=B4t detect difference between MA and plossl eyepieces, In fact MA =
are
good eyepieces in my opinion. Celestrons laser etchings seems more
precise but looks more ugly.
=20
The problem in Meade 12mm astrometric is that it is not very comfortable
in seeing as you have to =93search=94 for its boundaries. I didn=B4t =
like
Meade 9mm as it have only one small, very small circle in the middle. In
my opinion move the reticle is not properly and advantage comparing with
12mm astrometric. The 12mm have so much details that you could =
=93catch=94 a
star and guide virtually in any position.
=20
If you want to guide in very dim stars it seems to me that celestron is
better. But for all other things I believe that 12mm is better. Meade
9mm is much more expensive and I don=B4t believe that it is better.
