Hello Gary,

The Star2000 box has two outputs - an RS232 feedthrough from the RS232 input
and a guider output port which is compatible with the CCD guider input on
the LX200. With the Star2000 box you have the option of guiding using RS232
commands or via the CCD guider input. So in this case, the derotator can
still go in the RS232 socket and the Star2000 box can connect to the guider
input.

The only problem is that you won't be able to control the scope via the
RS232 at the same time unless you get the Scopetronix cable as well.
