Are you still getting power from the power supply?
The dc cord from the power supply also has a fuse in it. In fact, it's
usually rated a little lower than the fuse behind the front panel, so that
if a fuse is going to blow, it will usually be the one in the cord, saving
you the problem of opening up the front panel.
I think the power supply itself also has an internal fuse.
So make sure you're getting power to the scope before doing anything else.
