I have, I slewed a camera mount into the wedge and the adapter went dead. On a
very thorough inspection and component check I discovered there was a cold
solder joint on the board, and by sheer coincidence decided to disconnect
itself at the very moment my scope was trying to screw itself into the ground.
Very convienent since I didnt have to replace any fuses, but I suspect you
will. If you open the case there is a small circuit board with one blue
capaciter, four black rectifiers, and a fuse with a little blast shield over
it. You may have to cut this cover off to get a good look at the fuse. If the
fuse is fine, get out the voltmeter and test components to find the fried one.
Good luck, hope your fix is as easy as mine was.
