I can't tell where you are from your E-mail address, but are you using gloves when you're observing now? I found that, the first few times I observed with gloves that I tended to mess up the <ENTER> commands. I also found that I tended to hold the <ENTER> key down longer when wearing gloves, and that this tended to mess things up. Now that I'm sensitive to this I no longer have any problems. (Or, when I do, I look to operator error first. <g>)
