Seeing the recent discussions of the Mead dewcap problems has led me
to offer a suggestion for anyone who is contemplating a dew cap
purchase.

I'm very happy with the Kendrick dewcap on my 12" lx200. In
application, you wrap it around the scope once, and stick its velcro
together to form a nice "slid on - slide off" cylinder that is foam
lined at the corrector end for a nice snug fit "but easy to remove
and replace".

If you lack storage space or want to transport it you can un zip the
velcro and you have a flat sheet again.

Works good for me!
