Thanks, but I am already in good hands. When I received the defective tripod for my LX-200 my dealer, Roger Tuthill, had a replacement to me in three days. When I received, what was apparently, a defective 12v-18v converter he had a replacement sent to me overnight. He had UPS come and pick up the tripod. The UPS call has been issued, so converter should be picked up in a day or two. He should have the converter in-hand and ready to return to you shortly.
