Does anyone have experience with the lx-50 wedge? I followed
the instructions for assembly, put the 7" MAK on the wedge
and watched the wedge slip to the hex holdback. I readjusted
the angle I wanted to achieve and tightened the bolts, one of the
bolts cracked and the head was crushed. I adjusted the
Hex holdback to about 37 degrees, I found that I forgot the washers,
I reinserted the washers and I've been loosing a bolt a day. Meade
sent me more bolts but I suspect that the 7" is too heavy for the
wedge, does anyone have experience?
