All,

An un-authorized mirror of the current online Meade html manuals for the
LX-200, APO and CDS 1697 products is available for running from your local
hard drive using your favorite www browser. The source file is a 1.9MB
self extracting .ZIP file.

If you would like a copy, please Email me directly. Remember, this is a
BIG file, and will be coming to your mail box as a MIME encoded file
attachment. Many ISP's (AOL etc...) will bounce large file attachments, so
please don't request a copy unless your *sure* that the file won't bounce.

If someone who has access to a public ftp server would please post it there
so other folks that can't get large Email file attachments can get it, I'd
appreciate it. Please make an announcement on MAPUG of where it's located
when your done. That'll also keep me from having to send it out 10 million
times.

It's very handy indeed to have the hyper linked manual local to your laptop
in the field. Hopefully this will save you some 3am head scratching.

It would be nice if someone could also mirror the Pictor and Magellan
manuals as well... :-)
