Doug,
I know how you feel about your scope. I hpoe you didnt receive the one I sent
back three months ago. I had the same problem after only 2.5 months of owner-
ship of my 12 inch. I looked into the return policy of the dealer I had
purchased it from which was The Nature Co. They took the scope back after they
could not make any progress with Meade and kept it in the store until a new one
which took seven weeks came directly to me from Meade.

I often wonder, with all he problems owners are having with the LX200, how large
of a repair shop Meade has?
The weather here in Cleveland, Oh has been lousy. I have only had the scope out
once and that was in the back yard sence receiving it a few weeks ago. I only
hope I will beable to use it for a year or two before it goes down. If is does
w/n the warranty of the manufactor and the dealer, then I will do the same thing
but this time get my money back.
