My LX50 came with the spotting scope adapter-really a "T" slot (on mine)
already mounted on the OTA. The corresponding T shaped rail was mounted
on the ring fixture for the spotter. BTW, the rings had virtual threads
for the spotter screws, I opted to cut my own rather than wait for a
replacement-Kevin.
