Instead of all this religious fervor over the "correct" voltage for the
LX200, how about we see what voltage people were using when they
experienced a slew motor/circuit failure? After all, we are a much larger
test base than Meade probably had available.

Personally, I use 12V all the time, and have never had any problems at all
other than an occasional slew abort. My scope was new in maybe 1994.
