I finally got my courage together and took the OAG to pieces. I, too, had
the pickup problem - in my case, only 1/3 was illuminated. I adjusted the
prism, basically based on the advice found here on MAPUG and it took me
about 30 minutes. Piece of cake once I got over the initial fear and
shaking fingers.....

Next time I'll try collimation!!
