Bill:
I feel like I remember that wire on ALL of the boards I have gone
through -- is it four of 'em, now? My impression was of production fixes --
quite a few of them.
BTW, my 'scope was never reliable until I got the latest version of the
motherboard, with the bleeder resistors.
