I am using the needle point hole in aluminum foil at 35 ft. to attempt
to collimate a 7" Mak. The "star" image is quite small at 600x and has
refraction rings. Am I wasting my time with only 35 ft. of distance? It
looks like a star image to me, but I am new at this.
