Hi,

I've found some simple problems with the LX200...

- TIME ZONES

I live in Adelaide, South Australia where the GMT time zone is -9.5. Just one problem, my ver. 3.30 software only sets time zones of WHOLE numbers, e.g. -9.0 & -10.0. This is very dissapointing since there are many places around the earth with a xx.5 time zone. I hope Meade improve this soon.

- PIGGY-BACK BRACKETS

When using the Meade Piggy-Back Brackets on the 10" with a 50mm lens on the camera, part of the 'scope's tube is covering the FOV, thus blocking out detail. I wish to use a 28mm lens for wide-angle shots which seems totally out of the question. Should I mount the brackets at the front of the telescope, or will this throw it off balance?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards, Phillip
