My thoughts on the personal email issue is simply this... this is a
large mail list, and it needs to be managed. If anything jeopardizes the
mail list, I must be aware of it.

The virus-sending incident on another mail list I subscribe to resulted in
action being taken too late. Can I see someone sending computer
viruses because of MAPUG disagreements??? Yes. The emails I have
seen have included every swear in the book, and wishes of death to other
MAPUG members. That is a threat to MAPUGs survival. I do not wish to
discuss the philosophical side of whether or not I should have been privy
to these private discussions, I just am trying to keep your mail list alive
and well and happy. I CAN INDEED see both sides of the issue (as usual,
I almost always see both sides, which is a problem for me as I can never
make up my mind on things)

Anyway, please get back to business on MAPUG, and leave the discussion
on this topic to private email (nice email) to me.
