Doc G, et all --- While I have not tried this personally with my
remote set up, I believe if you are using "The SKy" to remotely
controll your lx200, that you can then set the "Horizen" limits
around the RA axis to limit the slew. By carefully working this out,
I think you can se5t the limits so that you never "grunt" your camera
into the forks.

I personally did a "grunt" once and the only damage was a blown main
power fuse inside the lx200 base.
