The current version of "A Manual of advanced celestial photography" was
published in 1988, well before current CCD techniques and equipment. It
contains almost nothing related to modern CCD imaging or high resolution
color CCD imaging of deep sky objects of interest to RCK.

I suspect Doc G is referring to new material from the authors, Wallis and Provin,
from their yet to be published second book due out in early 1998 tentatively
named "Astro Imaging From Silver To Silicone".
