Subject: [M]: [OT]: Telescope cover recomendations???

Hi all! I've asked before but have some better directed questions now.
I've been looking at telescope covers for the 4:00am to wake up time
period. I have an Orion cover I used once that is now too small. It's
nylon and seems somewhat breathable. I've also been looking at the "Desert
Storm Cover" from Pocono which is not breathable at all. Any suggestions
on what I should be looking for? I'm not really worried about rain but I
figure that dew and moisture might be a problem in the morning as the sun
comes up.

On anothe note, I'd like to chime in from the "Silent Majority" of Meade
LX-200 owners who are TOTALY satisfied. The telescope is everything I had
hoped and more. After a long series of big Dobsonian Odysseys the LX-200
is just amazing. As far as eyepieces go, I have the standard Meade Plossl
(nice and it it's in an eyepiece projection rig), a 9mm Nagler (which I
almost never use due to atmospheric quality), a 19mm Panoptic (which is
great) and a 27mm Panoptic which is also really nice. I have a bunch of
other eyepieces (like a 12mm RKE) that I use for eyepiece projection and
with my Celestron 80WA when I travel. It's hard to take a portable $250
telescope on a trip with an eyepiece that's worth more (and it huge to boot)!

Thanks (again)!

Mike
