Hi,

I used the adhesive strips on the Telrad to attach it to my 8" Celestron
Powerstar 8. I placed it to the rear of the scope so that the back of the
mount touched the raised edge of the rear casing, which helped to keep the
mount straight. The mount never has come loose, even after shipping to
Celestron for service and back.
