Hey Meade, Since you have some software programs (epoch 2000sk and epoch 2000ip) why not put a programmable chip in the telescopes that will allow programming the chips via a computer using your software? This way each person can program in whatever they want for a particular night, time of year, hemisphere they live in, any alignment stars they use and correct for data errors as they are found out. The program could also transfer the time, date and lat/long at the same time from the computer. Would this be beneficial for field use? I still would like to see a field battery pack that can be charged off of your car cigarette lighter and/or house current. A tripod case would be nice also. Can you add to the ccd software the capability to send a picture from a scope in the field via laptop computer and cellular phone to someone else (as it is being received)? Put MEADE on the telescope case in BOLD letters, the same with a dust cover, accessory case and tripod case. MagnificentElectronicAstronomyDEvices need the best. Well I will take a break for now. Lee
