Sorry for you!!
I have had *exactly* the same problem. I think it's a motherboard fault, so
you have to return your scope to the seller (this what I had to do). The
seller changed: motherboard, keypad, power supply, *both* motors, but the
scope remained dead; so, he had to substitute mine. I hope you'll be
luckier than me! :)
