I wanted to put in my $.02 on Meade pulling off the net.

One thing I would like to point out to Meade is the loss of information. I can
see no better way of getting feedback of your products by reading the
the these messages. Sure sometimes they tend to get a little nasty, but
in the long run it's a cheap, easy way to send, and receive information
on product.

The other point. Which was listed before is the savings in phone bills from
constantly calling customers back. I for one saw a huge savings with the
tech support of my software products. Yes my tech spent an hour or more
reading and replying to messages, but the customers loved it.

Especially now with the internet becoming more and more popular by the day.
