I could be wrong (again!), but I suspect Meade are working together with
Ralph via MAPUG to relay information on the PictorView software as
problems arise. Ralph seems to be offering rapid expert feedback on PV
with almost an "insider" feel! :)

I believe there are a number of MAPUGers who have good links with Meade
and who help to maintain a good information flow. If this is the case,
I think this is an excellent idea. Maybe Meade could link through
individual MAPUGers who have an interest in a particular product and use
this as a conduit to report problems and relay solutions back to this
forum.

Whatever the case, I'd like to thank Ralph for offering the PV support.
