I've seen many people wishfully think that a post to mapug is a way of
contacting Meade. It isn't. Meade does not officially monitor the list, nor
is there ANY reason to believe they will act upon any requests posted here.

If they don't answer your mail, I'd send it again, certified mail with return
receipt requested, as much to check that it got there as to get their
attention.

Personally, I've never had to mail them. Both times I called, John Piper
answered the phone and took care of me.
