I have very, very little wobble of the Dec control knob, near zero 'play'
of the scope in Dec movement, and no jumping N/S when the scope begins to
move. When I first bought the scope, it had loads of it...in fact my first
posting to this group was to inquire if this was normal. I ripped the dec
motor/spring unit apart and fixed it. Since then, it's worked great. Also,
the pointing of the scope is more accurate, and it doesn't move up/down
when you look through the EP.
If you need help Todd, let me know. (I drive by the Wayside every day!)
