Subject: Warning: Loose tripod bolts

Greetings,
I was playing with my scope in my workshop (building a wedge) and I noticed
that one of the six acorn headed bolts at the top of the tripod legs was
almost out. I hate to think what could have happened in the dark, in the
middle of the night, when it did fall out! Needless to say, they are all
slightly ball peened over, now.
Maybe, once in a while, every visible nut and bolt should be checked???
