Hi all
There is no question that a 2" diagonal and eyepieces are worth the
investment. I use my 2" diagonal for all observing, putting a 2" adapter
on my 1 1/4" eyepieces when I need them. You don't need to throw away
your old ones, just get one adapter and spread it around as needed.

I have invested in the wide angle 2" eyepieces. I like them for looking
at deep sky objects. My 1 1/4" eyepieces are 9mm - ~30mm and my 2" are
~30mm to 60mm. That seems to work out well.

Clear skies
Dan
