Well, now that Meade has been called about the problem, they still not have communicated here. As far as I am concerned, I love the scope, but cannot fully respect the company until they communicate directly with us on a regular basis. We are probably doing much for them in terms of testing (unfortunately "beta" testing would probably apply) and were are saving them some real $ to debug what would have come up later.. I do not think that a Scott Roberts trip is an excuse for not being more connected to us on a more permanent basis..

It is the *least* they could do..

The competition is far worse, but that is not an excuse..
