Here are the results of the survey on what constitutes *appropriate* posts, with respect to ~jesting~ and ~content~ of messages:

Pretty poor turn out, but I'll take it to mean that those who didn't vote are willing to allow others to make the decision.

I would interpret this to mean that *Moderate* jesting, around the content of the message, is OK. Also, that we not stray *too* far off topic with long threads that are simply fun and have no content.

If anyone really disagrees with this interpretation, please let me know.
