On the lighter side:

All else being equal, weight was the main item for me (us). Between my wife and I, we are 11 feet 6 inches tall, weigh 430 lbs, and are 122 years old and the 8 inch LX200 is a bit of a struggle. But with the New Mexico Astronomical tripod adapter, a modified two-wheel dolly and some practice in technique we can handle it OK. :)

BTW, an evening of reading the LX200 News List just isn't as fun without an input from Jason !!
