about the Kendrick system and why you think its so good? TIA

Bill -- These heaters are nicely made from cloth and felt with an
elastic section that wraps as snugley as necessary around the object
to be heated. A velcro patch secures the "wrap" to its self. Thus in
about 15 seconds you can install one say around a viewfinder
objective. Then a soft "what seems like surgical (gray) rubber lead
can be routed to the controller where an RCA plug plugs into an RCA
jack on the side of the controller.

The controller has 4 such jacks. I attach the controller to one of my
lx200 forks with velcro and a convienient position. Now I have a total of 8 heaters. One corrector,
two on each of my view finders (one view finder is a rifgt angle type so i can use it when
the OTA is pointed toward the zenith) , one on my telrad, one for my
eyepiece, and one for my barlow and/or flipmirror box. I use "Y"
connectors from Radioshack to parallel these down to the 4 controller
jacks, I have used a few cable wraps to make this a "neat" bunch of
cables that pretty much stays out of my way . It just seems like a
lot of thought and manufacturing finess went into producing this
system. The high quality is evident when you have one in your hand
and use it.
