Basic economics my friend. Just because it wasn't worth 32K to you does't
mean it wasn't an 32K opportunty expense for Todd. The time he spend on the
list is time he couldn't spend elsewhere. Todd decided that it was a
reasonably use of his time. His decision, his time, his expense.

Ralph .. just FYI about my "greed". I founded the MAPUG list and ran it for
it's first year. Also donated time that I have nothing but wonderful
feelings about. I also donate my time to run the Celestron list and the
SBIG list. What have you done for amateur astronomy lately ? <grin>.

Wrong ... but close. Get an econ text and look up "opportunity cost".
