Subject: [MAPUG]: OT:Latitude Calculation

Could someone suggest the proper way to convert a USGS latitude coordinate
of 42.5483 degrees to a format that can be entered into the LX200? Using
logic, which gets me into trouble, I get 42 degrees 2 minutes 12 seconds.
Is this correct?
